Since then she has become a music writer and regular contributor to Razorcake magazine out of Los Angeles, New Noise magazine based in Berkeley, and has been a part of the Seattle pinball zine Skill Shot for the last six years, having also started a pinball podcast with the zine three years ago. In January of 2018 her work was published in the book Drop Target Omnibus, wherein she fully imagined and designed her dream machine theme: Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?

I was at full time job which I did not enjoy, mostly because it cuts into my time to do the things I really love. But I recently got laid off and am looking forward to the ample amounts of free time to create while searching for a job that is a bit less soul sucking. Otherwise I am usually desperately searching for what people call "down time." When I find it, I'm usually out at a local show (though last year I saw bands in Portland, LA, Pittsburgh, Tampa, and Gainesville so I'm open to gigs outside of Seattle!). Or I'm knitting hats/sweaters/socks/gloves for friends. Every other month I help edit and layout Skill Shot Zine with some friends. And once or twice a month I write a postcard to my pin-pal in D.C. If there's any time left over after all that, I'm listening to records with a book and a cat, and day dreaming of places I want to travel to.

  • Kayla Payton, CPNP-PC Pediatrics Urgent Care Moberly 1600 N Morley Street Moberly, MO 65270 Phone660-372-9595

Primary Care Provider Accepting New Patients Provider BioKayla Payton, RN CPNP-PC, joined Complete Family Medicine in January 2022, as a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner-Primary Care in our Moberly Clinics. She completed her Nurse Practitioner degree at MU Sinclair School of Nursing in Columbia, MO in May of 2012. As a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner-Primary Care (CPNP-PC), Kayla has in-depth knowledge and experience in well-child care, prevention and management of common pediatric acute illnesses and chronic conditions. Kayla has worked in Primary Care since 2012. Prior to working in primary care she worked in Pediatric ICU and as a local school nurse. "I chose to become a pediatric nurse practitioner because I enjoy taking care of kids and watching them grow. After working in the ICU and in the schools. I believe we need someone that is in the community full time and can help with educating families and patients regarding injury and illness prevention."

My heart has always had a huge spot in it for animals but my career in the veterinary field began after high school when I took a veterinary assistant course in 2014. While interning at a clinic during that course I was hired as a veterinary receptionist and worked for several years in a busy practice in Frederick, Maryland. In 2017 I took a giant leap and moved down to North Carolina. When I got the call from CPC offering me a job, I was so excited to begin working at such a great hospital and to finally begin really working hands on more with my patients. While not working I am a full-time cat mom of Twilight and Melanie and hope to add a dog into our crazy family one day. In my free time I also enjoy kayaking and enjoying the beautiful warmer months we have down here in the south.

Kayla Itsines is expecting a baby girl in May, and ahead of her due date, the popular BBG trainer is staying fit. She continues to modify her exercise as her pregnancy progresses but still creates circuits that could kick our butt (with clearance from her doctor, of course). And the full-body workout above is no exception.

"Coming closer to the 3rd trimester, I'm leaning more towards full body workouts!" Kayla wrote on Instagram. "These are amazing for anyone wanting to give their abs a little break!" For this, you'll need a kettlebell, medicine ball, dumbbells, and a booty band. If you're not sure what weight works best for you, we've got you covered. For each of the following exercises, do 10 to 12 reps. Complete the circuit four times:

But if you're really strapped for time, there is one exercise you can do to work the entire body at home. In a recent interview with the British beauty site Get the Gloss, Kayla said that if she "had to pick one" full body workout, it would be "a burpee with a push up." 350c69d7ab
